Vicidial, Newfies Dialer, Go Auto Dialer, Installation For Voice Broadcasting - repost

Project Description:
We need someone to set up voice broadcasting software on our server.
We need someone to:
Develop, configure software using Asterisk, Vicidial or other to send voice broadcasting.
You will set up through remote access to our Host Server
You will show us how to Manage and Initiate campaigns

Voice Broadcasting will be multiple channels, we need at least as many channels and sips to be able to voice blast 5000 calls an hour. How many would we need and what would a sturdy server’s spec be to tirelessly handle the amount of exchanges I need?

VoIP needs to be white routes, no grey routes. Carrier needs to accept call center/VB traffic.
VoIP cannot have any blocks (npx) routes blocks, all must be open.
VoIP price should be around .008 cents per minute.

Software should be able to recognize voice or machine. We need the message to start on message end, not mid-way.
If you cannot tweak this perfect, we are not interested.
We will only leave messages; live answer will transfer to live agent.

How much bandwidth will we need to handle 5000 calls an hour?

We will supply all numbers. We just need someone to initiate the VB, set up the software and show us how to upload .csv file phone lists and manage the campaign lists.

If I have 50 telemarketers how many channels would be need?
How much bandwidth? Server specs?
I need a duel redundant system.

I need the system to run tirelessly with little maintenance with 1000% up-time. if the system crashed or gets bugged for example all we would need to do is stop the primary system for maintenance then run the raided or mirrored backup till remedy for the primary drive/drives is complete.

Any demo would be very helpful if available.

My uses for the system are heavily utilized for robo calling thousands of phone numbers an hour delivering our automated messages to voicemail or live ivr agent transfer. Calls get routed to our VoIP soft-phones as the telemarketers communicate with the potential clients etc.
