We need a voting module developed for Joomla 1.5.

When you hoover over the image the voting feature slides up.
Parameters for module:
-Can set how many columns to show images in.
-Set image width and height, or autoresize.
-Which categories to show content from.
-Show headline or not.
-How many items to show in module.
-Enable script or not.
Module and/or plugin follows the MVC framework of Joomla 1.5
Layout is 100% css based and no tables.
Module is developed so you can change template files for the module if needed.
If a quick and good solutions is done for a reasonable price we have more ongoing projects for the correct person.
