Will need 4 - 176x144 webcam windows in a webpage along the right side of the browser (below webcam windows will be for other ads), top center of browser will be 640x480 and will be a browser that the LEAD user can control, bottom center will be for uploading images, videos, recording a webchat and chat. When webcams not in use the top center browser is disabled and used for the full chat window.
1) For link on front page (terms and conditions) just make a popup and I will populate with the appropriate information.
the Check box and fron page has to be check before they can click on register. The register popup page will have a captcha verification page with email response to verify.
2) My server is PHP, MySQL do I need anyother service like Red5?

4) Control buttons - the user who logs in will always be 1 and can give/take control to the other users
5) Need an Icon to open the shareable webpage - by default the webpage is not open and the chat window is full screen within the boundaries of the webcam windows.
6) The chat log will retain history with a delete X to remove a previous post.
7) Other Notes: Also, they need to be able to kick/block a user - user cannot get back in until unblocked
Click name and send a message - which will appear on chat window
When a user logs in he has his own webchat session or he can choose to join someone elses
Chat window character limit = 420 per message
