WYSIWYG richtext, xhtml or html editor in Javascript.

I have done most of the conversion of making the 3.0 version htmlarea, useable by safari 1.3 and above, but I still have a couple of problems and would like to hire a coder to fix them. You can view it here: [login to view URL] 1) in firefox 1.5 xp some popups are uneditable until you click on a different window (in or out of the application) and then click back on the popup. - I need a work around or fix for this problem. 2) in safari the font and size buttons are width="20" height="20" for safari I would like them changed to width="40" height="20". 3) in safari when the command insertHTML is used the html is inserted after the cursor, but the inserted html should then be reselected as it is in other browsers. 4) in all browsers when an item is selected for example an image and you click the insert_image button. The image should be passes to the popup for editing. At this point it does not work.
