Project Description:
I have an excel file with over 50,000 rows that I would like to be able to be searched via a website. The excel file is a list of real estate properties and the website will be similar to the websites trulia.com and zillow.com.

I have attached the design of the website (4 jpeg files) and a sample of the excel file where the data will come from ("properties.xls").

I need someone with web development experience to 1) develop the website using the guidance from the jpeg files and 2) create a mapping feature.

Here's a walk through of the website:

"Page 1": Users will be able to search properties by: city or Zip code (provided in the excel file), default count (provided in the excel file), or tax balance (provided in the excel file).

"Page 1 advanced": Users will be able to select "more search options" on "Page 1" and "Page 1 advanced" will appear with more advanced search options (all provided in the excel file).

"Results - map view": This is the search results page and will have a list of the properties that fit the original search filters. A mapping feature will need to be created here. The "Results - list view" page is the same data but without the map, the jpeg files should clarify.

All of the elements in the jpeg files will need to be fully functioning (i.e. filter options on the left side, select boxes, map, list, drop down menus etc.)

We are looking for someone that has done this before and can do this quickly so they can provide a high-quality site without a large lead time or pricing -we will require you to provide examples of your previous work.

Please provide a breakdown of what it will take you to do the site with AND without the map feature.

Thank you,
