Project Description:
Only bids of experienced designed will be considered. Provide five best sites designed for qualification review.

Using the preliminary information to design the framework of a web site for providing web-based service. With good art work experience for web design. Be able to provide experience-based design advices on web layout and process organization.

Homepage with basic company info: Top with company logo and links to separate page for Contacts/About Us/Career/Login, etc. Middle with dynamic texts/photos or flash to show the mission/competitive edges of the company, etc. Bottom with Open/collapse paragraph to summarize the company’s value propositions (just provide space for those info and I will insert the content later).

Web pages for user registration and login system linked to mySQL database to provide data access for registered user only. For registration, names, email address, company, and other essential information are needed (later for details). mySQL database for the system. Will need "forget password retrieving/resetting system".

Frame within which only logged in user can access links to other secured webpage. You just need to create a mostly blank page with user's log-in info shown on page top after logged in and get some forms and tables ready in the webpage for later content (such as flash, pictures, tables, etc.) buildup. Our most application interface will be under this type of page. So security is very important.

Web page for project search based on multiple criteria for logged in users from server-end project databases. Links to webpage for creating new projects if project not found. Homepage for project found. The project name, address, altitude/longitude, Google map, and other basic information are to be shown in the project homepage. Will provide a sketch

Assistance in the setup of mySQL, php, and other web pages at my local computer for project completion check. Many web pages are accessible to logged in user only.
