We have limited budget. If you have experiences (a good profile on freelancer.com) do not bid above $150. If you are a new comer, please do not bid above $80.

We will check your freelancer.com profile by ourselves. Please do not send private messages about your portfolio or previous work you did. You must read the attached description regarding what message to send. If you did not receive a response from us, you failed to cope with this requirement.
Regarding testing, before you hand over the demo for us to test, you must make sure you've done test yourself and no major problems can be found. If you deliver a half baked project to us, and we discovered major problems, we may deduct fees from the project for testing, in which case you will not receive the total amount.
[ Milestone ]
This project will be in a 3 milestone structure. The first milestone will not exceed $20, with which you need to deliver the skeleton of the plugin (like a plugin template) with planned classes and templates, plus database table declaration. If you didn't do this well, we may choose to let you keep fixing this first step, or cancel this project.
After this is done, a second milestone, which do not exceed half of the total bid will be created. During this milestone you need to complete the entire project and send it to us. Before sending, you'll need to setup a web server for us to test out the functions. In a common situation, upon receiving this project file we'll release the second milestone.
The third milestone will be released soon after our integration, and later small fixes.

This task involves development of a WordPress 3.5.1 plugin, that has similar feature as stackoverflow.com reputation system.
The plugin contains functionalities just for the reputation system itself. It'll be integrated with other plugins of our site. In other words, it's part of a system, not the whole system. Keep this in your mind when offering quote. Make sure you accurately evaluated the work required.
