I need a map of Belgium that is clickable and similar to the one that can be found here:

I need it stripped down so it only has the bare essentials:
1. The javascript needed for the map to work (and ONLY the javascript for this map, no code for other fancy stuff, just the bare essentials)
2. The image map (for which you can borrow the co?rdinates from the previously mentioned url)
3. The html and CSS necessary to pull this off (including the eleven links to the Provinces of the map)
4. I need you to point me to where I can easily change the colors of the map (in the CSS ?)
Basically, for this assignment, you can "borrow" 99% of the code, you just need to clean it up so I have only the bare essentials for the map to work, and for me to be able to change the two colors easily.
