facebook app i can use multibel times for giveaway's

Hallo,
I wanted to see if there are any skilled developer out there looking for a small job J
What I am looking for is different type of games on Facebook, very simple once.
What I would like those game to do is:

Game 1.
I would like to gather emails from users to a database that is used for a mailing list.
What would be asked of the person is, There name, and there email. After that the user would hit register and then he would be asked if he wanted to share this on his wall.
All information would be request to enter.
Game simullar to this.:

Game 2.
Same as game 1, but i would like to ask for the same things but the persons phone number as well.
And when done they would be asked if they would like to share on Facebook.

Game 3.
This one is from pictures and or video,

The picture or the video would go on a website that would have voting on it, the voting system would go into a database so it would be easy for me to see the best picture and so forth.
I would like to gather with the picture into the database name, phone and email.
Under the picture the username on the Facebook would appear and function for all to share the picture/video to help gathering votes on it.

Ok that is the basic of it is done.

All the games would have to have a like bottom for the Facebook page I have.

I would like to have them set up so i could change the look myself on the template. I would like to have a good explanation on how to set it up, IE, if i wanted to change the mailing list list that i use and so forth...

I got few Facebook accounts that I use and few website's i would like to connect with those games every now and then and give something. that is the core thinking.
