It's a website providing web forms generating service for webmasters/bloggers.
After moving to another hosting there seems to be something wrong with mysql database so the home page is working but the inner pages only shows 404 error, I forgot the admin password and I can't contact the past owner so I need someone to restore it.
You must know very well of such kind of form generating script to bid on this project and fix it, even better I will hire you long term to enhance and maintain this form script.
