html/js add advertisements in possibily another frame

Composed our of 2 frames, upper one and lower one. Lower one points to a porn gallery. I want to add advertisements that will look as part of the porn gallery and not as part of the top frame so i want the advertisements to look like if you open [login to view URL] you will see advertisements at the right side of the web page in a vertical positions this is how i want the advertisements to look like. Note that i dont have control over the bottom gallery. So what I think could be a solution is to add a vertical frame to the right next to the bottom gallery frame, that will have the vertical advertisements, however then there is probably the problem of scrolling, so i need that whenever the user scrolls he will scroll properly, which means he will scroll to the bottom of the gallery and i want it to be a normal scroll not a scroll that will look like a scroll of a specific frame but a regular scroll of the browser. should work on ie6,7 and firefox.
