integrate two newsletters and paypal workflow to a wordpress website

Project Description:
Requirements:

. Set up two newsletters and subscription forms (and relevant paypal subscription) on our wordpress site, one of which is a paid subscription with Paypal.

. The most recent issues of newsletters should display in their respective places on our website with the current CSS/theme properly displaying everything according to current designs/specs.

. The most recent issue of the paid newsletter that is displayed on our publications page should only have a description and a link that directs the user to the Paypal subscription.

. Migrate/recreate old issues of the newsletters and their current subscribers to the new platform (Please provide a quote or bid without this part as well.)

Also, after we are done with this small test project, we are looking for someone to work with as an administrator or production person on an hourly basis.
