I am looking for someone experienced with jQuery Mobile to make a jQuery Mobile version of my current custom Wordpress WooCommerce theme - http://www.ordersmade.com/demo/

- MUST speak English very well, communication is very important.
- MUST be able to show me samples of your previous work with jQuery Mobile. Please don't bid if you can't, don't waste my time or yours.
- MUST be coded in a way that it functions with my current custom Wordpress WooCommerce theme.

Please see attached image mock-ups to see exactly what I'm looking for.

If you charge more than $250, by all means feel free to bid higher if you can show me your previous work with confidence.
