I need a website developed with the lightest build (least code functions) possible that can allow a user to digitize, export XYZ values via a projected basemap (e.g. WGS).
I would like context to be able to be given to the points digitized.
I would like for shapefiles of up to a certain limit be able to be uploaded and then dumped after used.
Lastly, I would like the results to be exported in .csx, .txt, .shp, .kml.
I would settle for exports from a google map but well structured...
Ideal- Map-a-point would be an online tool that allows users to digitize and extract points from a basemap(e.g.google maps) and shapefile attributes - with the shapefiles uploaded by any user in WGS. When digitizing, the user can specify the icon through an image url or upload picture constraint (symbol and size) to use on the map, and an ID for the feature(optional).The digitized points would be stored in a list that could be later exported as Lat/Long or UTM coordinate system using different formats (TXT, SHP, CSV, KML, DXF, BLN, GPX).
User could customize the context of the points as they add them.
The tool should be able to be packaged offline and in a simplified version for an app.
