Need someone to design a web site similar to http://onlineclock.net
Just like this but I need is I need some upgrades
logins
mulitiple alarms,
notes,
plus some user features,
flash, sound, Email
3 level of accounts free,
pay-pal
adsence
Features: wanted
user can customize colors/clock colors/fonts
user choes alarm types:
music/raido, sound and/or flash screen and tab, silent, wake monitor than dark to light over time 5-30min, daily alarm,
user adds alarms

ability to set each alarm like on onlineclock.net and (If you don't want to figure out what time it will be when you need alarm to go off) the ability to also set it for 20 min from now 30 40 , 1hour 2 3 4 ect

note section for each alarm - place for notes
ability to email or text user when alarm(s) goes off

saves settings for each user
want areas for google ads

Admin controls needed
on back end I'll need 4 levels of sign up, free account 1 alarm, 1.99 20 alarms, subscription ect you know all admin adjustable, ability to add paypal or other payment methods

wordpress, jumla, html, java, or whatever cms system, I'll just need to be able to use it with godaddy hosting with a dedicated ip
