I need a Web designer who's specialties would include the following: 1) able to create a PHP front end to a MySQL backend Database 3) Work with Images,Logo's, Banners, Buttons, etc... related to the website 4) Flash animations ( if needed ) 5) Design Secure Forms ( captcha or other ) 6) Work with Javascript The bidder should be competent in the above, be available during the discussed schedule, and available on chat services ( Like Skype, Yahoo, etc... after Award of the project ) ************************ CURRENT PROJECT ******************************* This project is to design an On-Line Doctor Directory. The Database Create a website that has a MySQL back end database, with a web front end to allow edit/add/delete of the content There needs to be 3 views Level 1 - No Login - General Public, can search for a Doctor, Limited info about the doctor is available Level 2 - Registered User Login - Can search , and User see's all info about the doctor Level 3 - Admin User - Admin User can add/delete/edit records ------ Simple Example: A database of doctors, like a directory listing 1 - Doctor name 2 - Type of Doctor 3 - Office telephone 4 - Office Address 5 - Home Telephone 6 - Home Address If a user does not login to the website, he cannot see Item 5 or 6 If a user does login, he can see 5 and 6 --------- We would like some mockups ( image files, jpg, png, etc... ) of our ideas combined with your ideas before implementation. ********************************************************************************* I have an excellent ( flawless ) rating with no problems with communication, or payment!
