Project Description:
The project consists of creating a form possesing the following features:
(1)professional and elegant look
(2)it should be a log-in form
(3)users can register to a website using this form
(4)if a user forgets password then the new password should be send to his/her email
(5)for the purpose of registration, users should click the activation link that is send to their email (the same way as Facebook does)
Bidders should send at least 2 samples so that further processing can be easily handled. Our budget is sufficiently extended. Quality work is appreciated.
