Project Description:
I own and operate a site www.rentbuylist.com. It's a free site and I've just had it completed a month ago. . if you visit the site you'll see that it's a free real estate posting and viewing site. I like to describe it as craigslist or kijiji on steroids. What I need to get developed is an application that allows the site to:
1. Get listings off craigslist, backpage and kijiji and post them on my site.
2. Very important that the search parameters on my site work correctly with the postings from craigslist, backpage and kijiji.
3. Also, it is very important that the listings taken off these sites will appear on my site (currently I have 2 options for viewing of listings 'list view' or 'map view) like i have it, but if someone clicks on the 'craigslist or kijiji ad' on my site it will direct them to the original craigslist or kijiji link. (similar to padmapper.com)
4. I would like this to work for certain major cities in North America.
5. I would like it that it would take the ads off the 3 sites every 2 weeks and also delete the ones that have been there for 2 weeks with an easy to use admin function.
6. Ideally one photo can be extract off the craigslist/kijiji ad to view on my listing post.
Of course there are many more details to talk about... but just curious to know if you think it can be done and also what you think it would cost me. Examples of such sites that currently do this is padmapper and www.rentrent.org.
