Development of a Point of Sales System. Hotels / Resturants I need a software program developed for a touch screen system. Back end managment will include the traditional keyboard and mouse entry system but for day to day use system interaction is done with buttons on the screen. system will interact with a MySQL database locally and network based. The web based system we are already working on for interaction is php based. We are open to sugestions on programming platform for the software. Linux or Windows. we are open for suggestions on OS platform. We are going towards linux for a os base at this time. Integration of Point of Sales Reciept Printers and Kitchen Printers. The system has to be simplistic for the end user.
