Project Description:
Client needs 6 customized user levels for Joomla and Community Builder for a certification and license tracking plugin as well as integration of these user levels into Virtuemart and DT Register . The company provides CPR certification and healthcare license tracking services. The client provides services to hospitals and unions. They would like to track certifications and be able to generate reports of personnel whose certification will expire.
These organizations have up to 6 management levels CEO, Regional Managers, District Managers, Local Managers, Instructors, and Instructor Assistant. CPR instructors will record classes they have provided and add students to the classes they are recording, the students personal information, class and certification information. Certifications last for 2 years. The plugin needs to track these students and certifications information and be able to generate certification reports at the various organizational levels.
The reports will provide expiring certification information on a client level, regional level, district level, local site level, and based on instructors. The reports will be in increments of 90 Days, 60 Days. 30 Days, and 7 Days.
The reports will also be able to provide instructor purchasing and shipping information from Virtuemart on a client level, regional level, district level, local store level, and instructor level. Virtuemart's current plugin already track purchasing information based on an instructor level. We are looking to have these purchase and shipping information aggregated into the various organization level.
The current client's organization has 4 Regions, 34 Districts, 359 Local Shops, and 91 Instructors. The instructors are assigned to specific regions, specifics districts, and can teach at multiple shops within a district. There will be more clients added later that will provide the same type of tracking capabilities but likely with less levels of management.
We will be tracking:
Class Date
Class Type
Class Location (at regional office, district office, or local shops)
Class Instructor
Class Roster (Upload PDF or JPEG)
Class Students Information including (could be up to 50 students per class) - First Name, Last Name, Email (if available), Telephone Number, Region, District, Local Number, student's grade, if the student "No Showed", If a certification was issued, and upload a copy of the students certification (Jpeg or PDF) so that it can be printed later if needed.
Some students will not have email addresses. We would like to have a random email address generator if a student does not provide one so we can include and track them within community builder.
We would like this built before October 31, 2010.
