Dynamic rows at jomsocial for multimple records

Project Description:
Hello,

We want to our users could save several records for one field thru adding dynamic rows at jomsocial custom fields in a way user could click to add new record.

We also user have as many as they want phone numbers, addresses, emails for contacts, etc.
All record must have date and time of registration and also a way to change or chose a date.

Example:

Weight:
jan/2000 - 78kg
dec/2001 - 84 kg
mar/2005 - 81 kg

and so on, just clic on add new record and insert the information.
