****Please DON'T bid unless you know how to convert 1003 Loan Applications to Fannie Mae or (fnm) formats *
Need a Joomla Component for a Short Form 1003 and then convert it to Fannie Mae(FNM) format.
This joomla component needs to have ability to email the FNM File Format out to a specified email address, also need to store the entered 1003s to database in readable format in case the email didn't go through or mis-formated.
