We would like to expand joomla JOBS component (from instantphp.com) by adding some new features :
Below it's a list with JOBS features.
Employers
* They can add/modify the company information from employer panel
* add/edit/delete their logo
* add/edit/delete jobs
* they can buy credits with their paypal account. credits will be used for job posting and resume database search
* view their applicants resumes to their jobs
* they can sent e-mail to their applicant
* create/view/delete e-mail templates . E-mail templates can be used for responding the applicants
* they can search the resume database (if they have enough credits)
* they can view credit buying/spentding history
Job Seekers
* they can build/view/delete online advanced resume
* they can upload photos and files (like pdf , ms word documents etc.) for their resumes
* they can view jobs
* quick job search
* advanced job search
* they can create cover letters to use for applying the job
* they can view their applications and view the responses from the company
* Job Seekers can get theirs customised RSS FEEDS from the job seeker panel
ADMINISTRATOR
* Translate your job board into any language
* Controls everythink with advanced customization options.
* Hide contact details of the resumes from employers
NEW FEATURES
We would like to add some freelancer.com features like :
- posting a project and hiring an expert for this project
- the seekers may bid on it.
We want a new Component for Joomla?
A plugin for JOBS to include the above?

It must be Billingual (english and greek). Support different loanguages with Joomfish.
