We need a freelancer who's VERY proficient in editing the rockettheme gantry css. We want to use the momentum template and the module positions
it comes with. The content and menus have been built out already.

The following graphics will be provided to the freelancer awarded this project:
- transparent png and or psd of the logo in it's various configurations
- life preserver image on it's own as a transparent png file
- tagline on it's own as a transparent png file
- browser safe fonts, buttons
