I need a webdesign expert especially on Joomla to help me with a template design I already prepared a few skeches on the general layout and the color scheme of the site. So I am looking for some one who can turn it into reality. I have attached the layout of the theme. I need two different skins with the same layout. The web site will have a slide show on the top, and a suckerfish style menu bar. The template should be fast loading and SEO friendly With the information that I will provide for the winning bidder, it should be a fairly simple project. Please do not ask for any payments in advance. The budget for the project is $50.
