184636 Joomla Templates(experts only)

OVERVIEW The design for this website has already been created in Fireworks files (.png or jpeg/gif/bmp etc). The design needs to be recreated exactly as two Joomla templates: 1. the homepage 2. a standard template for all other pages. Attention to detail is required and someone who is experienced at making Joomla templates. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - Unlike standard Joomla, this one requires the login page to be a separate page and not available throughout (so just removing the login box and having a 'login page'). - Everything on the site must be editable through the Joomla content management system including menus. - The top menu is for the main site navigation. - Each section must have its own left hand menu. - Each page must have the option to have a right hand menu specific for that page. BUT if it doesn't have this menu, the central column must stretch across. - although the tables are red, these actually need to be green.
