Hi, I require two contact forms on my website, both of similar content. The website is built in Joomla.
Both forms have some mandatory text boxes, optional text boxes, checkbox, submit button and then a thank you panel upon submission. Not at all complicated.
The info collected to be stored in MySQL and also emailed .

Hi again, there is an addition to this requirement - a small flash component. Overlay of a semi transparent image/s that hyperlinks to another page. This image will appear on top of an existing flash slider on the home page of the website. the overlayed image may be two different colour versions of same image to appear as if 'flashing' at the user.
The image in two different versions will be provided.
