Hi,
I need help on upgrading a joomla site from Version 1.5 to the latest 2.5 version
The whole site mainly content based and installed one component only which called JForms. It is a Legacy form.
JForms is a very good drag and drop form builder but it is no longer in development. You will need to install another form builder which is friendly for web admin to build a new form. The web admin is not a computer geek. She a old lady which some knowledge about computer so you will need to configure a simple form builder to replace this.
Summary of all tasks
- upgrade Joomla 1.5 to 2.5
- make sure the template is compatible with the latest Joomla
- transfer all content and setup all page exactly the same as the old site
- Setup another form builder to replace JForms
- zip the whole new Joomla package and deliver
