Move Joomla From Sub directory to Main

I currently have Joomla installed in a sub-directory. I would like it to be moved to the main directory. However, I want it to function exactly as it does in the sub-directory. For example, Joomla is located at "[login to view URL]", I would like it to be located at "[login to view URL]". I have a custom quiz component installed that begins at "[login to view URL]" I still want it to start at "[login to view URL]" while "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]" are different articles. I need this done quickly.
