Programming of some codes in my Joomla Page - repost

Project Description:
After the first work of some freelancers, which was absulutly good till now, do have some more things to do now.

We deleted some folders and all my pages on google ar shown with the old URLs. ( with folders )

1.) I need to program something
where all the 404 Errors are redirected to my main page.

2.) Also i need to have to optimize my page for resposivnes.
The template incl. all the extensions and modules are not working proper on all devices.

3.) The page is still loading to slow and the fonts and style are not proper.

4. ) My facebook page should be modernized too.
