I am building a website (which is still in development but in the finishing stage) for gaming community.
I am using Joomla as base, Jomsocial for community features and Kunena for forum features.
But I would also like to sell some stuff there too. I still have not decided what to use for the store features (maybe Virtuemart, Zen cart or some other), because none of those support ability to sell serial numbers and PIN codes (only various document types). But in the end I would like to use something open source with lot of plugin and module support for Joomla and Jomsocial.
So I guess I need that to be custom made, but as I am not a codes I need someone to do that for me ;)
You can look for examples on these websites:
Basically it goes like this: the user finds a code, buys it and then the serial number (or pin code) gets delivered to his/hers email address or phone number as a .jpeg or text (because I will be getting the codes in xml and photo formats).
There is one thing to look out, because I will be selling other normal stuff there too, the cart/system must be able to process both normal and digital goods in one transaction (the code is sent via email and normal s sent to shipping address).
I will also let some users to sell their stuff too, so any modification or plugin has to be able to handle Joomla permissions and access levels.
I also have to be able to update Virtuemart/Zencart/other and Joomla/Jomsocial/Kunena when needed, so the mod/plugin you make must be prepared for this.
It also needs the support for discounts and vouchers.
It needs to support Virtuemart/Zencart/other modules so the goods can be displayed anywhere on the page.
The best way I see for it to be done is by making a plugin for whichever commerce software we use, so I can just reinstall everything if something goes wrong.
Also a big plus is if everything is compatible with my website design and styles and integrates well in jomsocial.
And please bear in mind that I am not some big company but rather one guy doing this as a pet project, so please no extra high bids as I will not even consider that (I mean you can bid whatever you think your work is worth but please stay in a two/three digits zone).
I will send more info to bidders I find interesting.
Thank you and good luck bidding :)
