Small changes in Joomla Ecommerce Template

I have a Joomla ecommerce template and need some small changes done in it !

Here are the changes I need done :

1) Change the top header div size so that it can have a background image which extends beyond the current div limits (i want to replace the black background by an image but it will go out of the current div limits)

2) I want to replace 2 of the squares around main image slider (on the right column) by different content . Currently the images displayed come from K2 categories on the joomla backoffice. I want this to be replaced by html and by a youtube video.

3) The social icons where it says boutique community will be replaced by different icons with brands

4) The footer area also needs some changes, and the area for new collection will be replaced by custom html content
