Social Networking Site

Project Description:
Looking to make a night life social networking site much like this http://www.clubplanet.com; we will have many of the same basic functions: different types of memberships, a way to charge for services, the three different memberships will have different site abilities, self registration and payment for membership as well. Memberships, for places and people, where the search field can filter by location and membership type. Also the PHP database will auto input locations to the site if the location added by the member does not already exist based on City, and state. Certain memebers need the ability to add events and members will request to be added to the guest list, all will have profiles with same basic design, just different fields in the tables. Site also needs the basics of a social networking site, members have friends, comment on each others profiles, add photos, videos. Low maintenance solution requested.
