Project Description:
I want to create a video website where users need to pay to get access to my flash videos/flash files. No user uploading needed, all flash videos will be created by me and I will upload them using CMS, there will be new videos from time to time so dynamic website needed.

Web programmers experienced in flash streaming preferred. If you're selected, I would like to start the job by us agreeing on the site's wireframe first. Graphic can be designed by you or my own graphic designer. Monthly maintenance of site after completion needed.
For example, I have 20 videos, video 1 to video 20 in my website.
User can buy 90 minutes access to flash video 1 to video 5. Access will expire when user finishes the 90minutes or after 30 days.
Main requirements of the website are:
1. Flash video streaming - flash files are streamed and not downloaded to user PC.
2. Prevent same username to login from different IP, if user login from different IP, website will ask security question that needs to be answered.
3. If user login from 2 different computers, first user will be logged off.
4. Able to track how long user views a flash file - reduce minutes from his total minutes purchased after viewing. If user view Video 1 for 5 minutes and Video 2 for 5 minutes, User will have 80 minutes access left.
5. Flash streaming pauses if user minimize or switch active browser window
6. User only uses his credit when flash files are streaming. If flash is paused or closed, user credit not reduced.
7. Website will have standard items like Home, About Us, Contact Us etc, user login, database
8. Create a forum using Facebook Comments Box app
Question:
1. Do I need obfuscation of flash links since flash files are streamed? User access flash files using different links everytime so that they cannot know the link and try to download the files
2. Is there a way I can make sure users cannot share username with friends? ie. Username is only for 1 PC or 1 IP?
