Project Description:
Looking for a VirtueMart Fastway Courier shipping module.
I have a spreadsheet with suburb names, post codes and zone names. I want a module that uses a combination of the suburb name and postcode to get a zone name for shipping. Each zone name has a different colour cost see (http://www.fastway.com.au/RFRatesPDF/1/RS-SYD%5BJune09%5D_web.swf). I want the module to calculate the cost based on the simple rules on this website.
Solution should have:
1. SQL Scripts for populating the database from CSV of spreadsheet
2. VM Form - Zones List with rates
3. VM Form - Suburb list with post code and zone name
4. Calculate total shipping = (handling fee+(cost of shipping as per fastway website) x Tax rate)
5. Allow for free shipping over a certain value

This is a small simple project - its a modification of the existing post code shipping module with suburb thrown in. With the SQL script to populate the tables based on a spreadsheet I have with 16000 rows.
