XML to virtuemart

I need someone who will create for me some kind of component or cron job that will add products automaticly from and xml url that I will provide. it must update all the products once a week. if from the provided url some products will removed or deleted it must be deleted from my site as well. if there will be a new product it will add it as well automaticly. the component or cron job must work on joomla 1.5.26 with the latest virtuemart version for joomla 1.5.26 you must have working Freelancer.com account to communicate. Must have good english. must know virtuemart!!!
