i need a custom joomla, directory style component with search functionality.
FRONT END - USER VIEW
***Search for funds in your area
------ Purpose of Funds (to be defined in the back end – converted to dropdown on user side)

NOTE – the user must choose all three - state, county and city – results do not have to match all just one of the three

searches can be done by anyone HOWEVER...
searches done by users that are not logged on will not be allowed to see the results of the following fields

Text for these fields will be replaced with link that says - "Click here to get full access" - this link will direct them to the sign up page!
when they are signed up - they will get full access to listings.
listings should be listed in a css tableless, but "Table-style" layout.
In the back end - I need the ability to define the Purpose of Funds (which will be converted into a dropdown on the user side), Add Programs (including all searchable fields – “Area Funding is Available:” will be a Text Field where admin can manually type the state, count or city the funds are available in), Edit Programs, etc –
Real Simple Directory type of program - I am willing to pay $100-$175
