installing a joomla template and joomsocial component

Hello everyone,

This is a very easy job (less then one hour). I need a joomla expert very familiar with trouble shooting issues. I have tried to install a joomla template with quickstart (but the system will not allow me to install sample date.

I get this error message

the XML response that was returned from the server is invalid.


I researched the error online and many people have had this issue before. I will need a joomla expert to help set this template up. I will give you a copy of the zip files, you will install everything on you end in YOUr server, and I will work along with you, LIVE via skype and install my copie on MY server. I have hosgator (very good).

The template I have is official from template plazza (hotel template). I will need to install this template so that it looks exactly like the demo on template plaza website.
My budge is 30 dollars (in this economy that all I an afford). No need to bid for more. the bid will not be accepted. I will however give you you more work if we can do this fast. Please bid only of you know exactly what I am talking about regarding this error so we can do this fast.
