Project Description:
I have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS. I know my way around a typical template. I want to learn how to create a simple template with 3 or 4 styles.
We will communicate via email, or chat if you have the time. I will happily read any pages/documents you link me to.
This project is not urgent.
I am aware that there are many talented developers out there whose first language isn't English, but I will need someone with a strong control of the language. Native or near-native.
