Project Description:
Need someone who has lots of experience with Sphinx search to build a Sphinx search server (Fresh Ubuntu server will br provided).

Requirements for project completion:
- Install Sphinx
- Configure indexing to occur using cron successfully
- Provide api scripts to query the search server (both input data and search)

Please also include the cost to provide instructions on exactly how to do the above as we will need to repeat this install in a few months.
