Case Management System Upgrade

We had a Case Management System built 3 months ago. There are a number of upgrades / changes we would like to make to the system. The application is built using PHP front end and mySQL backend. Application is built to run on LINUX platform. I have attached three files: (1) the code as it currently stands, (2) an Excel spreadsheet that shows various information and what changes we are looking for and (3) a Word document which is cross referenced to the Excel document detailing the changes we require. We require a coder who is familiar with these platforms and can create these changes. Also, the coder should provide a platform to test all the changes on so that we do not have to continually install the new software on our end to test. ## Deliverables Please see below for the files. Again, it is very important to note that this is currently in production. The changes /upgrades that I am looking for must not change the current strucutre / relationships within the current database as that will ruin the existing data.
