I - REQUERIMENTS
a) we need use: conference, voice mail, 02 PSTN trunk, 01 voip trunk and 15 extensions.
b) URA - Play track1 sound day. Play track2 and track3 sound in the night.
c) Record all calls. I need to access recorded call in elastix web interface.
d) is necessary to test trunk for call out (pstn1, pstn2 and voip)
e) is necessary to test trunk to call in (pstn2 and pstn1).
f) test for incoming call only be done outside of office hours (we work from 08:00AM to 08:00 PM - BRST)
g)Install call center module for test.
h) You need use my DIGIUM TDM800P (8fxo).
i) all asterisk sounds in Brazilian Portuguese. You need find this sound in internet.
j) I want use elastix.
k) all config need work in Brazil.
l) Text can to stay in english.
m) i need change URA config day/night in manual mode.
n) for each voice mail message the system need send one email message notification.
o) i want use g729 codec
p) I will not keep this job personally. I will appoint one developer to accompany this work. You will communicate with my developer using our portal at developer.registrocom.com.br. Our developer team work from 00:00PM to 06:PM BRST (Monday to Friday)
II - INFORMATIONS
At the end of project all password need change.
Will be necessary to inform:
a) How to change extensions password.
b) How to change the voip lines password.
c) How to change email server user/pass for send voice mail notifications message.
d) How to transfer one call. If one ext have one call, how to transfer this call to another ext.
e) how create one conference.
f) How many ext can participate of one conference?
g) how many external phone can participate of one conference?
h) How use the voice mail?
i) Voice mail messages need go to email
j) How to change the from track1(day sound) to track2(night sound) (day/night night/day) in the manual mode.
III - DIAL PLAN TRUNKS AND EXTENSIONS
a) trunk 1 - psnt1 03 lines (03 numbers)
b) trunk 2 - psnt2 03 lines (03 numbers)
c) trunk 3 - voip 03 lines (04 numbers)
d) we need 15 extensions 100-115
e) when incoming call in work hour play track1 sound. If dial 4 or dial nothing - ring ext 100-105
f) If dial 6 - ring 106-107
g) when incoming call out of work hour play track2 sound. if dial 7 - play track3 sound (voice mail message: after the signal leave your message on voicemail)
h) when we call out we dial - prefix + code state + phone number. example: 2 + 21 + 3441-2040
prefix: are 1 for trunk1; 2 for trunk2; 3 for trunk3
