I have got a linux vps Linux VPS* - Linux VPS 3 512MB RAM 50GB Storage 2CPU Cores
It has CentOS 6 installed and I want the web server setup done

1) Any nice capanel
2) Email Management
3) Web server
4) Easy to use Cpanel
5) Ability add websites and database to be created easily

and want setup of a proxy server within
6) also need setup of dns

so that I can add as many websites I want in it.
Need it to be 100% secure. Want no surprises later on.

Its a startup business .. have limited budgets
