Project Details:

There are two existing Magento stores and one MySQL database running on a Fedora virtual server.
We attempted to move Magento from the subfolder of the website that it was in to the root of the website.
Neither store is currently running.
There are SSL Certificates for each store.

We have a new dedicated server that we want to move the stores and the SSL Certificates to.

Project Requirments:
Fix the existing stores
Move the stores to the new dedicated server
Setup / Rekey the SSL Certificates
Optimize PHP, MySQL, Apache, Magento, Zend Server CE
