SMPP Transceiver Application

We need someone to help us successfully send and receive SMS messages (with DLR) using our provider's SMS gateway which is based on Kannel. We have tried this using multiple PHP-SMPP classes but were unable to get it to work. This should be a fairly short task for someone who has already done this before considering that there are plenty of classes available to do this. Most likely, you will be just troubleshooting these classes to get them to work. The programmer should have prior experience using PHP-SMPP and should be a Linux user. You should also be available on Skype when you work on this project.
