easy php website extension

I need to extend my site [url removed, login to view] (currently written in php) with the ability for me to create the following pages (and their URLs) [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view],..., [url removed, login to view] You only need to create the following page: [url removed, login to view] But, you need to do this in a way that allows me to create 2 through n pages in future. For the new pages that you’ll create: {} You can use the same content/layout that’s currently on the [url removed, login to view] site. {} Comment out the AdSense code, in a way that I can remove the comments and activate the AdSense code later. I’ll need instructions on how to remove the comments. I’m not very technical  {} Currently the content for [url removed, login to view] is controlled by a file called [url removed, login to view] (which is included in the .zip, along with the [url removed, login to view] for your reference) I’ll need a way to change the contents (text and images) for the [url removed, login to view] page. The way this is implemented should allow for easy changes on how I’ll make content changes to pages 2 through n. I’ll need instructions on how I add page 2 through n, and change the content (text & images) for pages 2 through n.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
