insurance quote website

Project Description:
Hello,

The project is for an insurance quote website . I want to generate insurance leads and sell them to agents. I will need 8 different forms available for customers to fill out who want a quote.


A couple of websites that have insurance forms are netquote.com, insureme.com, hometownquotes.com.


I would like to sell the same types of leads as hometownquotes.com but would like the forms set up like netquote.com


I need agent's membership section where they can filter for the specific type of insurance leads and purchase.


The types of insurance I will be selling is, Auto, Homeowners, Life, Health, Business, Renters, Annuity, Mortgage Loan.


I also need to be able to track how many leads have been purchased, what type of lead, etc...


The Site will have admin area where i can manage subscriptions, ads and other functions.


I also need to make sure there is a constant flow of updates on the website like rss feeds etc...


I need agents to be able to sign up and purchase leads 24/7 without approval. Also I need the ability to give credits/refunds.


Agents will receive notification emails when a user/buyer fill a form or service they signed up for.


In the admin section I will be able to pull reports example: how many auto leads were purchased and available in a specific zip code or county etc...


Please make the Admin area 100% GUI (graphical user interface), so i can edit/add/remove contents, set prices, add banners or other advertising scripts like google adsense.
Manage members and memberships, send news letters, polls and surveys.


I want my website to be very simple and user friendly and at the same time be cutting edge. (is that possible?) I also would like some content that updates constantly like RSS feeds and news feeds to keep the website fresh with new content. And of course if you have better ideas lets try it.


I would like the background on the outside to be very light blue. Stay away from black and dark gray. Only use black for text. Use subdued colors. Use colors that are easy on the eyes.


I like netquote.com quote forms. (they are also a huge competitor) I like the way their forms start and continue on another page. It keeps the customer from getting discouraged about filling out a long form that takes alot of time.


I like progressive.com homepage. I like progressive.com color and the customer can easily see where to go to pick the type of insurance quote they are looking for. On progressive.com there is an area where customers can log into their account. I would like that same area to be where agents can sign in. I also like that with progressive.com at the footer they can send page, link and bookmark.
