Project Description:
Create PDF import extension for Magento

This back end extension should allow bulk import and conversion of PDF files.

User workflow:
1. Menu choice [Import PDF] under >Catalog
2. Bulk upload multiple files to Magento import diectory. Open browser and choose multiple files or better: entire folder.
3. Choose options (see below)
4. Click import

The extension will then:
1. convert all PDF files in the import directory to png files
2. Rename the png-files according to rules below
3. Save them in the correct Magento image folder
4. Attach them to the corresponding product by matching filename and SKU

PDF files should be split up in one png file pr page and renamed with running numbers.
Example:
A file called OV0014-preview.pdf have 3 pages.
The script should then create 3 png files called:
OV0014-preview-1.png
OV0014-preview-2.png
OV0014-preview-3.png

Then attach these to the product with matching SKU. Product SKU should match the file name before the first dash (-).
In the case above SKU: OV0014

Depending on the text pattern in the original file it should be treated as main image or preview images. Text pattern is customizable in a text box under settings.

- Main image should be marked as Base Image, Small Image and Thumbnail and have sort order 1. Label should be "Cover".
- Other images should have sort order 2...n. In the same order as the original pages in the pdf file.

Must be able to bulk import 5.000 + files.
If upload of large number of files is not suitable we can use separate ftp upload.

Must display the progress during import.

Must have a reasonable memory usage possible to use on shared hosting solutions.
