Project Description:
We currently have a live store using Magento Community edition 1.7.x (latest version as of Nov 13th 2012).
We are looking to sync up our content with the Icecat open products catalog (www.icecat.biz).

We were planning to install the Iceshop magento extension to do that, but we would like someone with magento developer experience to guide us through and help us set this up whole thing so we don't overwrite any existing products live on the store, and figure out how to sync products and add products through Icecat.

Ideally we would like to backup our entire store and setup a test server to feed the content.

MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED MAGENTO DEV!
