i want for a extern Callcenter a small Website.
the call agent to the ordering of the caller, and enter the ZIP Code in a field,
the Toll should then return the status of the order and the Commentarfelder.
The order was shipped already so they should be able to view the tracking number.
and a button (eg) "Track the Order" he can tell the customer where to find the order.
Is this possible?
PS:
the tool should be constructed as a small website, so that the call agent must not install software.
